Opening Hours

10AM - 6PM

I finished my training for holistic massage & beauty in 2014.
After this, I went straight to work in 5* spas onboard cruise ships for Royal Caribbean (Ovation of the Seas & Harmony of the Seas) where I offered an extensive range of body and facial therapies.

I eventually decided it was time for a new adventure and so Solstice Wellbeing was born. I’m a big lover of everything that Mother Nature has to offer and created Solstice Wellbeing when I realised that there were sadly little to no places offering natural and sustainable alternatives to popular salon/spa treatments.

My goal is to make sustainable, zero waste living as accessible to people as possible. The treatments I offer are natural, stripped back and environmentally friendly without compromising high standards.

Everything I use is U.K sourced, vegan and minimal waste. Examples of how I do this are:

  • Sourcing glass bottles instead of plastic which can be refilled or repurposed
  • Reusable products
  • Using small, independent local businesses
  • Hand-making as much as possible

Since opening in July 2020, Solstice Wellbeing has expanded beyond my wildest dreams into wildcrafted aromatherapy products to compliment my treatment offerings. As well as working in my original treatment hut at Feldon Valley, I have now partnered with The Double Red Duke to curate a range of gorgeous therapies with some fantastic therapists on my team.

I’m a strong believer that everything around us is connected – our emotional state and headspace can affect our physical health and overall wellbeing. For this reason, I firmly believe self-care is imperative. Self-care comes in so many forms and it’s important for us to take time and attention to it – whether it’s a long hot bath, reading a book, going for a walk, talking and communicating or indeed a massage/facial.

We don’t give enough credit to our mind or bodies for how much physical and emotional stress we put onto them on a daily basis (without even realising it) which can become harmful if it’s just left to grow. I do genuinely believe it’s vital we all remember to have a ‘timeout’ and TLC now and then so we feel grounded, happier and more connected to ourselves.

This is why i’m so happy to be able to support and care for each person I come in contact with – I completely understand everyone is perfectly unique and your body may cry out for different things at different times which is why my treatments are completely bespoke and tailored to you as an individual.
